I spoke to the Montreal office, very professional and they took the time to explain the issues with my printer and what they could offer as a solution. I was having issues with scanning and I felt like the technicians knowledge of the problem, and readiness to help was beyond what I have experienced in the past. Also, the customer service skills from the technician were again amongst the best I've experienced. Usually, you get someone with a lot of know-how and literally says nothing except a grunt hello followed by, its finished sign here.Happy with the service is an understatement but I find myself no longer dreading technical failures in the future knowing that the resolution will ultimately be my satisfaction once again.
