I spoke to the Montreal office, very professional and they took the time to explain the issues with my printer and what they could offer as a solution. They also explained there is a current shortage on toner supplies but they it comes in on a regular basis. I will be ordering all my toner from his company from now on.

I could not find toner for my HP printer. Several stores said try again in a few weeks. LaserCorp explained the shortage, kept me informed, followed up and within days shipped the toner I desperately needed. In the meantime they solved a problem I had created with my printer.
Spoke to the service department on the phone, they were instrumental in pointing me in the right direction. I was having issues with my CP4525. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for assistance with their HP printers. Thanks again.

I was having issues with scanning and I felt like the technicians knowledge of the problem, and readiness to help was beyond what I have experienced in the past. Also, the customer service skills from the technician were again amongst the best I've experienced. Usually, you get someone with a lot of know-how and literally says nothing except a grunt hello followed by, its finished sign here.Happy with the service is an understatement but I find myself no longer dreading technical failures in the future knowing that the resolution will ultimately be my satisfaction once again.
